Following a trip to the UK in 1976 where he picked up a lot of early punk records, Billy hooked up with school friend Stan Lee and became a founder member of The Dickies.

Billy's punk fashion sense was second to none and could often be seen performing in plastic see-through raincoats! He was also considered to be band's sex symbol.

Billy remained with the band until the early eighties, returning as a touring member in '83/'84.

He is now living and working in Las Vegas.
